• Job Details:1. Sequences parts based on the released production workload for certain production term in coordination with other PPC schedulers for the timing of plotted Vacuum Plating processes. 2. Makes necessary catch-up plan/revisions, action plans/decisions, in coordination with the production division in charge and to the immediate superior, for the delayed schedules and other Vacuum Plating related problems. 3. Prepared fused schedules in production term and obtain the target ETD’s. 4. Updates the daily production yield for Vacuum Plating, Parts Painting, and Radio Control to summarize the division's current production status and then reflects the data to the Delayed Performance Record. Make production balance to easily identify the delayed Item in production by term. 5. In charge of Machine Utilization Efficiency at Vacuum Plating and Parts Painting division. 6. Inputs the data for the monitoring sheets for parts that undergo Radio Control processes for every production term and issues them to the production concerned. 7. Updates the PSS (Production Status Summary) for Vacuum Plating, Parts Painting, and Radio Control division and directly communicates with the production key personnel from time to time for any production concern and other feedbacks.
