- Job Details:• Handling the files of all retail products (Personal Loan, Self Employed loan, Auto Loan, Home mortgage loan & credit card) by receiving it from the coordinators. • Checking the customer position in the Central Bank list if there is a legal action against him or not. • Checking, reviewing & calculating the customer position on I-Score system, checking his liabilities, reviewing if he has any delinquent facility & calculating his installments against his DBR. • For Personal loan & Credit card customer, checking his salary letter if it’s valid or not & meeting the bank’s policy or not, also for customers whose providing bank statement, checking the regularity of the salary for the last period. • For Self Employed loan customer, checking his supported documents such as commercial register, tax card & contract of implementation of the organization if it’s valid & meeting the bank’s policy or not, also checking his bank statement, calculating his deposits, the transfer in & out, also checking if there is a returned cheques & if there is duplicate deposits & fraud transactions or not. • For Auto loan customer, checking his supported documents if it’s meeting the bank’s policy according to which Auto loan criteria he availed for. • For Home mortgage loan, checking his supported documents if its meeting bank’s policy, such as checking the apartment documents if its licensed or not & there is no any fine on the building, also checking all the customer document regarding his loan • Checking the investigation report which has been received from the external investigation companies for customer’s home & business address. • Contacting the customers who applied for loan to confirm all their data in the supported documents. • Refer any suspected case to the Fraud department to check the validity of suspected document attached in the case & check any suspected data in the case. • Sending a report to the line manager on a daily basis by the finalized cases.
