• Job Details:Gas Plant Installation phase (Under GE Supervision) Equipment pre-assembling check-up. Equipment assembling. Apply the required modifications for the equipment if required. Equipment Testing (GLT, CLT, Function test oil pre-loop pump, electrical connections, pneumatic circuits…etc.). Mechanical test for compressors ( Web deflection, Rod Run Out test , Alignment ) Gas Plant operation phase Apply the PM program. Apply the required break down maintenance and overall . Issue the required reports. Requesting the required spare parts. Follow up the spare parts warehouse inventory. Equipment routine daily checks (Pressure, temperature, level…etc). Complete Overhaul and periodical maintenance for the following equipment: - Superior Compressor Model WG76 – GE Oil & Gas. - Ajax Compressor Model DPC-2803 LE-EH-1 – GE Oil & Gas. - Ajax Compressor Model DPC-2803 LE – GE Oil &Gas. - Doosan Gas Engines Model GV222TI – Daewoo. - Waukesha Gas Engine Model 275 GL+ - GE Oil & Gas.

Rig mechanic Full Time

• Job Details:. Troubleshoot and solve mechanical rig problems .Observation the condition and situation of rotating eequipment’s -Draw works. -Mud pumps. -Power Tong. -Generators and engines CAT3406, 3508, 3512 and Volvo generators. -Variety types of pumps. - Air compressor. -kommey unit hydraulic systems (valves-pumps-control unit). .Apply the preventive maintenance schedule and update the equipment history cards by using maintenance computerized system (GMS) . Cooperate with my team to overhaul rig equipments and CAT engines . Follow up spare parts and raw materials in the warehouse

shift engineerFull Time

• Job Details:. Responsible for operation of branch 3 and follow up machine (compressor, pumps, IS machine) capability . Ensure of successive operation of machine before starting work and regular maintenance during operation. • Follow up all safety means around the plant. • Control production steps and trouble shoot any problems during Manufacturing. • Monitor all production steps from manufacturing to Packaging. • Evaluation of operators, assistants and upkeepmans.
