• Job Details:• Following up IT Team and Solving All the problems related to the Users. • Implement, Installing and Developing HR By Power Builder SQL (Sybase) • Implement, installing and Developing ERP System BY Orion System (Oracle) • Implement Cisco IP Telephony. • Humming Bird Documentation “Archiving”. • Implement, Installing and managing active directory and DNS Server. • Implement, Installing and managing File Server. • Implement and manage Exchange Server. • Installing and managing WSUS (Windows Server Update Services). • Installing, managing and troubleshooting Outlook. • Installing and managing OS (Xp,7,8,8.1 And 10) Servers (WS 2003, WS2008,WS2012) • Managing and Troubleshooting Servers (Sun Blade, Dell, HP, IBM….etc.) • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, E-mails, systems, printers and scanners • Planning, Building, Managing and troubleshooting Wired & wireless Network. • Installing and Managing GFI ESET Endpoint Antivirus. • Installing and Managing WebSence Web Security. • Installing and Managing Cyberoam Web Security. • Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems. • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults. • Maintaining records of software licenses. • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies. • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. • Repairing equipment and replacing parts. • Managing many open cases at one time. • Testing and evaluating new technology and Applications. • Ongoing design and maintenance of new and existing websites(PHP, MySQL and HTML) • Design, installation, configuration, integration, testing and Maintenance of Security System (Motion Detector, Smoke Detector, Panels and Access Control). • Design, installation, configuration, integration, testing and Maintenance of CCTV “Local and Online”. • Sending enquiries to other companies & comparing the products & prices to select best product & price. • Making quotations for the customers. • Responsible of follow up with different projects status on the sites according to the projects plans. • Planning, Building, and Managing the Finger Print for Multiple Locations and Attendance Software “Local and Online”.
