(Bags Inventory Management)  Implement bags analysis procedure.  Monitoring scales calibration and report to factory.  Making a statement for the bagging contractor every (15) days with quantities packed, loaded bulk, & beans manual unload.  Making monthly report for customers showing finished contracts in coordination with trading office.  Following up with customer’s quantity of meal or oil for each customer by fax or phone. (Customer Service)  Making Tool box meeting & food safety memos plus housekeeping process.  Annual Mock Recall (Food Safety procedure). 6  Following up all the documentation processes & the stocks of the sealing of the oil trucks, and making Purchasing Requisition for needed items.
