Head of Product Engineering GroupFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensure products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and are designed to exceed or meet quality objectives. • Make analysis to improve production process [tack time, Cycle time, 5S, 3R..etc]. • Follow with Local Suppliers [Injection, press, Box,..etc] for preperation of assembly Line layout, Create working instruction and new mold trial until part approval. • Preparing and maintaining product file (BOM, Drawings, Specs, Test Specs. etc,) • Develop, release and maintain system level Bill of Materials (BOMs), using the product data management system. • Work with QC to identify critical features and tolerances and ensure measurement capabilities. • Work with purchasing team to assign new local Supplier [Injection, press, Box,..etc]. • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities [VE]. • As part of the new product development process, responsible to attend new models introduction Stage (PV, PR) in HQ to be aware by quality issues and drive root cause.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Issue and reviews master production schedule and work orders, • Compiles reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment to apprise production planning personnel of production delays. • Provides IT support for production. • Maintains inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production.
