• Job Details:-main responsibilities (not limited to): -Ensure adherence to policies & procedures for credit facilities and loans on large corporate of the bank. -Monitor bank's exposure to clients and ensure its compliance to statutory requirements included in approvals (financial and non financial covenants) . -Highlight risk to senior management in a timely manner and suggest remedial measures. -Maintain controls to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities to minimize risk. -Participate in the formulation and revision of credit policies and procedures relating to credit risk. -Ensuring the accuracy and quality of facilities and loans utilization. -Providing senior management timely reports about facilities and loans portfolio under control. -Working with other units inside the bank ( corporate risk management , corporate banking business, corporate credit audit, treasury, trade finance, compliance, branches) to make the assurance of delivering efficient and in time services related to large corporate with coherence of approvals conditions...
