• Set A Balance HR Score Card to measure " Turn Over Rates – Hiring – Diversity – Training Scores – Productivity – Social, life & Medical Insurance "
• Excellent in dealing with Microsoft Visio in making the Organization Chart and Process Flowchart.
• Identify the Organization Strategic Training needs.
• Ability in dealing with Salary Survey of Hay Group.
• Conduct a salary structure for the whole organization.
• Set all the HR Policies & Process. "Promotion – Internal Transfer – EOS Policy – Resignation – etc. "
• Designing all the HR Forms
• Responsible for Annual Promotions for all employees.
• Responsible for the Internal Transfers for all employees.
• Conduct the EOS Survey "Employee Opinion Survey" for whole Organization and working on the Results.
• Set a recruitment strategy and targets cooperating with the group heads, based on agreed work plan and required manpower.
• Provide Senior Management with explanations and analysis any unusual situation such as resignations, high turnover rates to address related issues.
