• Job Details:Description:  Responsible for Maintenance and Development of Batch House, Cullet Return systems, Melting Furnaces, Batch Chargers for furnaces, I.S Machines Ventilators, Annealing furnaces, Decorating Furnaces, Elevators, New Batch house Project and Related internal Projects of the plant. Continuous improvement (5S, 6 sigma, 7 waste, Lean).  Manages the efficient and cost-effective completion of departmental tasks and projects, including the fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of Machines and associated properties.  Reverse Engineering, design and Fabrication for new Parts using solidworks and Autocad.  Implementation and development of preventive maintenance plans and methods.  Inspects equipment/systems to determine feasibility/advisability of repairs versus replacement.  Reviews work while in progress and upon completion for adherence to plans, Schedules and standard procedures.  Uses Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle ERP) software for Full control over warehouse and purchase requisitions.  Keep records of spare parts in order to guarantee the minimum level of their availability at the company warehouses.  Lead activity related to achieving objectives under the aspects of quality, Efficiency and cost.  Coordinate activity with production departments and maintenance sub-contractors.  Develop an effective training plan for all department staff members and ensure its execution.  Ensures the appropriate and fair execution of the performance appraisal process among the Mechanical maintenance department staff and work subjected to 5S standards.  Follow up on implementation of General Maintenance Procedures to achieve the department targets (with regards to decreasing down-times and cost).  Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that Equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications. -B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering -From: -Assiut University -Graduation Date: -June 2013  Prioritizes, coordinates, and allocates work assignments to staff, and resolves day-to-day staffing problems and issues.  Reduction of industrial accidents and awareness of ISO standards 9001:2008, 14001:2004, 22000:2005 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007.

Machine and Equipment EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and process. -Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. -Diagnose problems, replace or repaired parts, tested and made adjustments. -Used a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. -Detected faulty operations, defective material and reported those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. -Complied with safety regulations and maintained a clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. -Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures. -Develop strategies for preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance in order to ensure the reliability of equipment -Plan and execute the overhauling of machines and provide suggestions to improve plant performance -Complete documentation for equipment history files and manpower training records -Coordination with concern departments for planning and carrying out Maintenance activities at Plant Site in a smooth way -Initiate material procurement, review purchase requisitions, technically evaluates bids related to direct capital and operating budget -Continuous improvement of staff through planned training program & on the job training.
