• Job Details:European Aluminium systems for doors , windows, curtain wall , sky light , louvers , fly screens , canopy local system & international system, glass partitions, automatic doors , shutters , handrail glass, frameless glass , cladding, Aluminium painting ( chemical treatment of aluminium , protection , high quality painting) Glass fabrication ( single glass,double glass & treble glass ) ( sandblast glass, laminated glass, reflective glass, low # E glass , extra clear glass & filmed glass ) - Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and cost to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies. - Establishing work measurement program and analyzing work samples to develop standards for labor utilization. -Coordinate with relevant department for clarification of order received if there are discrepancies found. - Participate in the testing and startup of repaired equipment to ensure that they have been carried out according to the process requirements and that equipment performs satisfactorily and assisting head mechanical in the preparation of annual list of spare parts, consumable materials and special tools or test equipment. - Researching and recommending new production techniques, product development and turning out new samples for test market. - Ensure and maintain proper records of production orders and production process. - To check and insure production orders received contains all relevant information as required. -Monitors and supervises design & construction, specification, estimates an calculations and giving corrective action, reviewing the modification with user departments and presenting the reports to the management about cost reduction improving efficiency and reduced breakdowns. - Liaise with the project manager relating to all engineering aspect in order to run the factory smoothly without interruption to production. - Attending to specific safety measures and precautions of various machinery and equipment. - Arrange training sessions for workers for any new process or system, machinery, tools and continuous measures for improvement. - Make commitments ( delivery dates) based on agreed schedule and current workload / pressure. - Prepare appropriate schedule of jobs based on the requirements of the project manager. - Check all supplier’s prices with account management for phrasing. - All material orders prepared, required & Following up with European supplier. -Any other duties that may assign by Executive management from time to time.
