• Job Details:-Responsible for all Breakdown maintenance and preventative maintenance off multi process production Line – Air Compressors – Generator – Fire Diesel Pump – Air Handling units – absorption Chillers –Cooling towers –Air Dryers - waste water treatment plant -Fire alarm and fighting system - Landscape piping system. - Leading team consist of 15 member different layers Team Leaders and Technicians. - Reviewing the downtime and search for root causes and putting the actions. - Conduct internal trainings for the team to improve their skills. - Working on machinery improvement and upgrading plan. - Working on continuous improvement projects (productivity initiatives and power saving projects) - Reviewing and Monitoring Spare Parts stock and correct min and max and re-order points. - Following up implementation of preventive Maintenance procedures and weekly and monthly check lists -Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). -Ensuring the achievement of all maintenance KPIs (Technical Availability, Maintenance Cost/CARV, Preventive Maintenance Cost/Total Costs, Planning Compliance, Technician Utilization, Technical Skill gap Matrix and technical documentation availability and update). -Monitor the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals. -Collaboration with project team in project management, installation and start up. -Develop the proper control procedures for maintenance such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing and CMMS. -Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement and best practices to aid and improve operational performance. -Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties -implement TPM program.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:• Works as Mechanical Maintenance (utilities) Engineer • Responsible for all Breakdown maintenance and preventative maintenance off multi process production Line – Shrink Machines – 4 Air Compressors – Generator – Fire Diesel Pump – 6 Air Condition Handling units – 3 Chillers – 3 Cooling towers – 4 Air Dryers – Hydraulic Ramps - Forklifts - water treatment unit - Landscape piping system. • Responsible for finding all possible repair solutions by the lowest cost in the shortest time • Responsible for the organization of the tasks , equipment , tools and employees • Responsible for stock of all mechanical spare parts in technical warehouse for Utilities. • Coordinated with suppliers and validated all materials in accordance to drafted designs. • Responsible for any internal manufacturing processes welding and plumbing. • Responsible for 6 Technicians for Utilities and 9 Technicians for production lines. • Responsible for monitoring all the maintenance and repair request on the SAP system • Responsible for following up on the maintenance request on the SAP system and prepare the necessary reports to the maintenance chief. maintenance and operation engineerFull Time

• Job Details: Works as an operation and maintenance engineer  Responsible for maintenance activities including preventive maintenance ,corrective maintenance and break down maintenance.  Responsible for salt and custard production lines (filling in plastic containers) which consists of filling machines and sleeve machines and shrink oven machines and achieve improvement in its OEE.  I have a good experience in dealing with packaging machines such as three sealing machines , four sealing machines, cartooning machines and inkjet / Videojet printing machines.  responsible for line operation during innovation trials and presenting the trial report  Make modifications on some parts in filling and packing machine to make it suitable to our new product (Tag Elmelouk tea).  able to deal with suppliers companies and its representatives.  responsible for safety and quality issues.  fully operational in electric circuits in inverters ,temperature controllers and heaters ,servo motors, drives ,plc.
