• Job Details: Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records  Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences  Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles  Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.  Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.  Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.  Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  Preparing periodic payroll reports.

HR AssistantFull Time

• Job Details: Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.  Handle Interviews & Candidates Data Base.  Handle Employees Renewal Process.  Conducts payroll process prepares all the payroll reports.  Fulfill other tasks assigned by manager  Administrates company policies, HR manual and policy  Monitor the leave balance & employee attendance system.  Responsible for employees files as well as all hiring documents
