• Job Details:• Color analysis and matching ( visual and by devices ) 1-Byk Mac_i 2- X-rite • Film of paint Evaluations: 1-visual: i- by device DOI (Diffraction of image) ii-gloss by (tri gloss master 20, 60, 85 angles) 2-Drying: i- pendulum hardness device ii-pencil hardness device 3-Mechanical: i-Adhesion (Cross cut apps) ii-Bending iii-Impact • Testing of various types of raw material and paints. • Testing of application of all types of paints especially OEM paints. • Adjust Cabin environmental condition parameters (air pressure of spraying guns, temp., and humidity of cabin) under control of maintenance department. • Knowledge about PT (pretreatment) and ED (electro -deposition) techniques for car bodies. • Paint area processing control, line supervision and control of paint parameters. • Paint problem definition and analysis (Trouble Shooting) & paint area improvement.

• Job Details: Worked on: Raw Material Laboratory Quality check and material analysis End Product Laboratory , Quality Department &Technical service  Job field: Chemist of (Laboratory &production& cabins of spraying). In industrial paint especially OEM and car refinish both (applications& manufacturing) Or any field that’s my academic study, work experience and personal skills meet its requirement  Main Responsibilities: • Testing of various types of raw material and paints. • Testing of application of all types of paints especially OEM paints. • Adjust Cabin environmental condition parameters (air pressure of spraying guns, temp., and humidity of cabin) under control of maintenance department. • Knowledge about PT (pretreatment) and ED (electro -deposition)techniques for car bodies. • Paint area processing control, line supervision and control of paint parameters. • Paint problem definition and analysis (Trouble Shooting) & paint area improvement.
