- Job Details:i. Personnel and Employees Relation: • Ensuring that HR policies and practices of the company meet the governmental regulations and labor laws, also administering an effective management of labor relations. • Detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffs. • Monitored monthly process and supervised the monthly and daily employees’ attendance • Drives continuous improvement in Employee Relations policy, practice and procedures, monitoring and responding to external best practice. • Inducting new hired employees with the company code of conduct. vii. Employee Engagement • Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy.
