• Job Details:Managing Tower preventive maintenance project across Egypt, delivering the maintenance for 1180 sites per year for Vodafone Egypt achieving all project objectives (Below budget, ahead schedule within the approved quality metrics despite of associated risks for 3 consecutive years achieving customer satisfaction). Job responsibilities are: - Developing ,creating and controlling PIP as per agreed contract schedule baseline. - Hiring best matching human resources needed for in-house project teams. - Purchasing needed civil technical tools for the teams. - Purchasing and assuring all HSE needed PPEs. - Estimating, planning and controlling costs. - Controlling scope baseline as per agreed contract avoiding scope creep. - Supporting sales/account and supply chain teams in negotiating and pricing of the schedule of rates " Unit Price contract". - Managing and preparing claims/change requests for extra works (contract out of scope items). - Managing and following POs issuance, acceptance and cash collection guarantee. - Managing effective communication of all project stakeholders. - Managing, and controlling risks according to planned risk response. - Quoting for civil corrective maintenance according to surveys done during the preventive maintenance visits.
