Training Function
• Participate in assessing the annual training needs

Processes Development Function:

Payroll/HRIS Function:
• Processing of monthly payroll

• Monitor, administers staff attendance and leaves balances according to company policy and Labor Law
• Updating and maintaining payroll records
• Maintaining leaves and overtime reports
• Interpreting polices in relation to overtime, leaves and payroll calculations to staff
• Calculation and payment of terminated employees
• Implement and enhance HR system modules
• Develop and maintain employees’ data related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software

• Create newly hired employees files with their personnel data, payroll and vacation packages to update the HR information system with new hires data
• Respond all employees’ inquiries regarding HR information System (HITS) or any relative issues

Employee Relations Function:
• Conduct Exit Interviews with the resigned employees
• Create turn over analysis report
• Participate in the Employees Satisfaction Survey

Recruitment Function:
• CV screening
• Phone screening the applicants.
• Arrange interviews
• Conduct the tests
