- Job Details:Managing small home appliance products life cycle since innovation & launching process (Planning & Pricing & Promotion & Marketing Communication ... etc.) & develop and execute the annual marketing plan for all the categories to accomplish the overall strategic objectives ▪Market Research: Analyze market trends, market shares, and competitive activities and propose actions to continue meeting our objectives (Handle GFK Data) ▪Product Planning: Drive product planning phase according to company vision: - Put forecast Plan according to demand & Growth with alignment with internal stakeholders (Sales & Production & Supply Chain). - Maintain stock to achieve sales targets and secure business from shortage. - Shifting imported products to local production (CKD) to avoid stock shortage. - Manage the Launches & Activation & Deactivation products based on market assessment and evaluation. ▪New Product Launch - Prepare proposals for NPI (New Products Launches) with consideration of 4Ps. - Closely Working with the International Marketing team to be aware of changes to the families and their products ▪Pricing: Determine prices of the products to maintain the needed margin and go-to-market direction. ▪Sales Management: Monitor monthly sales progress (Sell in & out) with consideration of targeted margin and net sales. ▪ Promotion: Set Promotion Seasonality in align with Sales Team - Define which products will push into promotions list (Cost & Stock availability & Promotion price & Margin) - Monitor Promotion Progress (Sell in & Sell Out) ▪Marketing Communication: Deliver communications brief for new and existing products to communication team & ensure that all the communication undertaken are under the correct brand platform and guidelines. ▪Product Training: Set & Execute Plan including (Product Knowledge & Soft Skills) - Prepare training program content - Deliver training session in align with sales team. ▪Data Analysis: Reporting monthly analysis to all stakeholders.
