Purchasing Supervisor & System coordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:1. Lead Project related local and worldwide procurement activities, in close cooperation with Project Management. 2. Lead the negotiation of costs, and terms and conditions with Suppliers and Subcontractors in close cooperation with Awarding Committee. 3. Maintain Project Procurement Plan and consult with Engineering and Project Management on required purchases 4. Close supervision, reviewing, checking and authorizing all Project Buyers’ outputs such as RFQ’s, Bid Tabulations, Fax of Commitments, purchase orders, Project Purchasing Status for a variety of commodities, services, and equipment. 5. Ensure proper Filing for the Project Purchasing Documentation. 6. Participate in procurement and related project meetings. 7. Receive and review requisitions, examining for correctness and verifying budget availability, in close cooperation with Project Controlling and proper authority for requests. 8. Ensure that Suppliers meet or exceed company quality and project standards, including documentation, workmanship, cost and schedule. 9. Receive and review quotations. Review commercial terms of quotations and prepare analysis of conformity to ENPPI standards and provide negotiation strategy recommendations. Prepare quotation overviews and documentation required for clients, if any. 10. Support supplier related Quality, Change and Claims Management. Executed / Running Projects : 1. Senior Expediting EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Confirm with suppliers their understanding of purchase order requirements upon purchase order issuance, methods, and milestones for progress verifications. Contact suppliers for following-up the engineering data submission, materials acquisition, progress and any deliveries advise / status. Expedites inputs, prepares, updates and regularly issues the equipment / material status report periodically as required by project instructions / procedures. Ensures that areas of potential problems will be individually highlighted by the issuance of an expediting report and recovery plan for late activities identifying suppliers' action recover the delivery slippages. Maintain expediting files on each purchase order. Coordinates and supervises the expediting activities within assigned projects. Participate in pre and post-award meetings to review / discuss the preliminary schedules, progress report requirements and potential problem areas that may impact the required deliveries. Evaluate and analyze suppliers' fabrication schedules and progress reports. and Participates in overall performance evaluation reports. Reports any unusual or potentially critical deliveries as well as coordinating for any assistance / guidance for resolving of generic and specific delivery problems.
