• Job Details:• Determine the stock level, select the minimum & maximum point to reorder the parts also review the purchase requests on sap system to procure the needs for all departments. • Monitoring Sending request to suppliers to send their prices and compare then choose best price with good quality. • Monitoring Creating order then release it and send it to chosen supplier. • Monitoring the order confirmation from supplier I can determine the delivery date and method of shipping. • Controlling rates from Freight Company and compare to choose the best service with stable prices. • Monitoring the pickup and the shipping. • Monitoring Preparation of all documents need for insurance. • Monitoring Preparation all documents need for clearance purpose. • Monitoring Preparation all document need for bank regarding the payment term. • Follow up the financial department for feeding the custom account before receiving of the parts. • finalize all documents with store regarding to receiving the spare parts. • Controlling Upload the invoices of all costs for the part (price cost & insurance cost & freight cost & clearance cost) on SAP system. • Evaluate suppliers every quarter. • Reporting monthly reports needed (cost &quantities;& availability.) • Export ( fix or repair and return) and finalize all documents need for custom purpose. • Monitoring the financial department to issue the supplier & (insurance / freight / clearance companies) transfers.
