- Job Details: Responsible for all the training and development activities within an organization designed to enhance the readiness and performance of the employees. Identifies the development needs for employees in connection with job requirements, performance evaluation and development plans. Effectively implement the mentoring system for all new comers and ensure the compliance with the company strategy. Responsible for the recruitment process, ensuring that potential candidates are targeted in the most effective way and that appropriate interview and assessment processes are deployed to maximize the fit between candidates and the `Company’s requirements and that it secures the best talent available to meet Company’s needs. Keep an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals and walks-in). Conducts formal job interview to assess the fit of the candidate against the organization and job requirements using assessment tools (quantitative and qualitative). Identifies the necessary manpower plans and/or manpower sourcing options to meet operational requirements within optimized approach to cost. Budgeting and monitoring of related plans and expenses. Implement performance management tool to clearly identify the measurement criterion (criteria), the methodology of review and evaluation of the company's employees. Effectively conduct the exit interviews for all leavers and make analysis for the exit interviews results Analyze the existing organization charts for improvement and intervention and advising the management on alternative effective organizational structure. Analyze what an organization is going to need in terms of the size of workforce to achieve its objectives. Identify duplication of roles across the organization and make suggestions for improvements. Manage organizational changes such as organizational structure, job redesign and job descriptions. Discuss the Personal development Plan (PDP) with candidates to clarify forthcoming actions. Implements the strategies, policies and programs for employees’ rewards and benefits including monetary, non-monetary schemes.
