• Job Details:1- Complete systems analyses, scoping studies, front-end design work, and collaborate on designs with contractors and consultants 2- Create flow/schematic diagrams. 3- Analyse data and present findings/savings achieved in written reports. 4- Prepare and present technical training to customers/Owner. 5- Evaluating Technical Submittals and Prepare Summery of I/O Points. 6- Technical Support for Design & commissioning and start-up Stages 7- Coordination between all Control Systems and other Electro Mechanical Systems to achieve Centralized Control and Monitoring for all Systems through Software or Hardware interface with Different Protocols (BACnet, Modbus, M-bus, Lon, ... etc.). 8- Studying all plans and design for all mechanical, electrical, plumping and fire Alarm/fighting to interface all of these systems with BMS. 9- Integrate, optimize and expand heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) controls, security, fire alarm, access control, lighting control and elevator management systems. 10- Provide consultation to control specialists, technicians and management; troubleshoot and solve system problems; and work on complex building automation systems to control and maximize resources. 11- Support, Design, and Prepare and Finish the Selectivity Study, Short Circuit Calculations, Temperature Rise, MCC Design Panel Boards by using Schneider electric Ecodial Software Tool and components, and M.V Voltage regulator studying and location selection by easy-power software tool. 12- Listen to Customers’ Questions and Requests Feedback and Respond and Resolve any Issues or Conflicts in a Timely and efficient Manner. 13- Attained Technical Meeting with Consultants and Contractors and Assist in Proper Product Selection with Optimum Solution and Support in Finding Alternative Products if needed to be able to meet the Delivery period and Project’s Plan. 14- support, plan and design control diagram, O&M manual, sequence of operation, and method of statement for HVAC and integrated systems with BMS systems and offer technical solutions to meet the desired design requirements with most economic and optimum solution. 15- Preparing and reviewing shop drawings, details, quantity surveying, contracts, and ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation & material needed to carry out the works and Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants. 16- Manage field activities, and technical work and revise engineering designs and Diagnose & Install new systems and technology. 17- Drive compliance and standardization, process improvement and adoption and utilization of tools and resources, and Leadership of all technical BMS requirements for the wider business and Assist the supply chain as necessary with product and services specifications and make negotiations with suppliers and importers for both local and/or Imported field devices and systems to make a suitable deal as economic offer with shortest delivery time and minimum customs and freight costs.

• Job Details: Maintain and configure Alerton Envision, and Delta controls ORCAview, ORCAweb software, and a demonstrated ability to program networked Delta controls hardware.  Design control systems even from complex sequences of operations.  Design advanced systems and/or programs related to building automation systems.  Communicate verbally and in writing with multiple parties of varying skill levels on a range of complex construction and building automation subjects.  Translate technical information into user-friendly program documentation.  Meet multiple and conflicting project timelines.  Interpret processes, flow charts and schematics.  Diagnose and resolve advanced network operation problems at the enterprise level as it relates to building automation systems  Study M.V lines with EasyPower Software for voltage Drop and Recommend the Best location for M.V Step Voltage regulator.  Integrate many systems together using gateways through different protocols (Modbus, BACnet, LON, M-BUS, etc...) • Maintain computer proficiency through professional meetings, seminars, and conferences and investigate new advancements in associated technology. • Tracking the progress of implemented work according to Project Time Schedule, and Assist with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation. • recommend and study Piller power system product line as different UPS types (Static, Hybrid, Dynamic) with/without Diesel generator Integration, and Dc Power system both commercial and Defence type, lead and supervise both UPS maintenance services team, and presales technical support team
