It covers wide range of pharmaceutical product categories such as Antibiotics (Azithromycin- Ciprofloxacin), PPIs (Esomeprazole), Anti-diabetics (Metformin), NSAIDs (Diclofenac K), Vaso-therapy (Diosmin) and Neutri-ceutical (Royal Jelly). Main Duties: • Establish a shared vision across the company on short and long-term priorities. • Develop the overall marketing strategy and determine revenue goals (P &L) around products mix. • Design, develop, implement, and analyze the marketing activities using tactical operational marketing plan. • Launch heath days campaign in private clinics (IM & GP) to support HCPs to identify newly detected patients with type II diabetes using random blood glucose test. (5000 tests in 124 heath days on 45 days). • Update training manuals for sales team and develop, test and communicate the new core massages. • Relaunch Azirowa (the only Azithromycin 1g in the Egyptian market) supported with evidence based clinical trial. • Build effective and enduring business relationships with key customers and stakeholders. • List Diclowad (Diclofenac K sachet) and Ultracipro (Ciprofloxacin 1g) in Unified Procurement Authority (UPA) new tender 2021. • Lead, develop and motivate the pharmaceutical sales team (26 MR & 4 DSM).
