• Job Details:Job Description: - Managing all ocean freight export process by following up collecting prices from different shipping lines to get lowest rates and best service per each request from Sales Dep. - Follow up contacting trucking and customs clearance companies for getting rates for export shipments. - Follow-up with trucking & customs clearance brokers for coordination cargo pickup and delivery. - Following up with the clients directly to keep them updated with their shipments and solving any problem appears. - Follow up quality assurance for processing of export confirmed shipments. - Mange arranging bookings with shipping lines. - Manage arranging the stuffing dates with the shippers. - Manage and follow up submitting final shipping declarations, VGM, shipping instructions. - Follow up Requesting the B/L draft from the shipping line in order to confirm or amend. - Proceeding in the original B/L issuance or telex release according to customer request. - Follow up with accounting department in shipping lines to get invoices. - Review requesting payment for shipping line invoice, truckers, & customs clearance brokers. - Reviewing all documents before sending to shippers (Drafts, Original B/L, C.O.O & documents).

Export ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Job Description: - Managing all export and import shipments costs. - Monitor expenses with truckers, customs brokers, truckers, and freight forwarders. - Collect services prices from freight forwarders and shipping lines. - Request bookings from FFW or shipping line based on price offer. - Follow-up loading from warehouse to port for export shipments. - Follow-up loading commodity inside containers.
