• Job Details:- Collecting prices from different shipping lines to get lowest rates and best service per each request. - Contacting trucking and customs clearance companies for getting rates for export shipments. - Handling and follow-up with trucking & customs clearance brokers for coordination cargo pickup and delivery. - Following up with the shippers directly to keep them updated with their shipment. - Handling export confirmed shipments. - Arrange booking with shipping lines. - Preparing the final S/D.. - Requesting the B/L draft from the shipping line in order to confirm or amend. - Proceeding in the original B/L issuance or telex release according to customer request. - Arranging the stuffing dates with the shippers. - Follow up with accounting department in shipping lines to get invoices. - Reviewing all documents before sending to shippers (Drafts, Original B/L, All clearance certificates & documents) - Follow-up issuance invoices, debit notes, credit notes with accounting dep. and sending it to clients.
