• Job Details:Main responsibilities : 1. doing all documents ( MR, IR, MIR, RFI, INVOICES ) . 2. Revise Submittals for all electrical systems 3. doing Six Monthly Invoices For six Sub Contractors 4. Quantity Survey for all systems . 5. following work in site . 6. Execution of many systems (Power and lighting, telephone and data , Fire alarm system, Security system, CCTV system, Public Address . 7. Execution of Infra System for MV &LV Cables for 8 substations . 8. Quantity Survey for all systems in the project and requested all MRS of the project . 9. Co- ordination with Mechanical Department . 10. Executed AS Built drawing of all buildings of the project (2 Buildings ) . 11. Resolve conflicts and manage complex scope among the stakeholders to achieve JV objectives, as well as, to maximize value creation for the Joint Venture and the hosting country. 12. Managing and, coordinating Material submittal prior submission for approval that to insure the budget ,cost ,quality Compliance specs achievability among with project planning as logistics and in relation to the cost control report for funding and approval of work program and budget. 13. Helping in Preparing the work program and budget Plan (Strategic Plan) and years Plan (Business Plan) to the project Completion date, 14. Identify areas of concern with respect to progress of assigned projects and recommend corrective action wherever required. 15. Monitor the performance of work at the project to ensure that any additional works is accurately record and substitution as variation order . 16. Define all the stack holder in the on the project and act accordingly. 17. Follow up all the material submittal approval from and to the concern parties. And reviewed weekly that the submission matching with procurement plan . 18. Following up & Monitoring the progress at site and implement all Activity trackers that needed to achieve the forecast in the right position.
