• Job Details:Controlling and monitoring the implementation and the compliance of the procurement, warehouse and heavy equipment and fleet processes. Ensuring vendors / contractors are prequalified as per the approved Procurement Policy. Developing “Vendor Management System”. Ensuring that the procurement of goods and services are in line with quality standards, time and budget. Demonstrating continuous improvement and decrease turnaround time. Centralizing the negotiation with the contractors to ensure achieving cost savings. Lead a team as assigned by the head of the department to manage Procurement transactions for business requirements. Provide Procurement advices to internal customers to ensure risks are minimized, best value is achieved. Prepare Requests for Proposal/Invitation to bid documents based on business needs, advise on selection of tenderers, prepare tender evaluation reports, lead and conduct the tender negotiation process up to and including preparing final recommendations for head of department’s approval. Prepare and present relevant reports at regular intervals on progress against a baseline procurement program and supplier service delivery. Adapt standard form of contracts, in conjunction with Group legal. Effectively lead the assigned team members. Adapt standard form of contracts, in conjunction with Group legal, for the procurement of various maintenance agreements, service agreements, and agreements of purchase. Monitor procurement, warehouse and fleets process to maintain efficiency of daily operations. Provide guidance to the assigned team members to ensure compliance to the procurement process. Comply with and use of organizational forms and processes to ensure internal approvals are obtained in accordance with approved procurement policies and the Delegation of Authority. Assist the head of department in transforming the manual system to automated system of procurement process. Provide the complete service interface between internal customers and Procurement department and the contractors / vendors by ensuring service requirements are met in accordance with budget and quality

MEP Procurement ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Development and successful running of the Procurement Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance and reporting. • All Supply Chain Function disciplines, including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection and materials management and logistics. • Ensure compliance with corporate and client requirements and relevant international and domestic law. • Lead all aspects of FEED & Detailed Design bid document preparation, pre-qualification, tendering, negotiation and contract execution and management. • Liaise with other project functions including engineering to ensure all Tender queries are resolved to meet Required On site dates • Support QA with supply chain evaluations • Provide the primary interface with the various stakeholders and client legal and contract groups to finalize contract documents. • Manage change and risk. • Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws. • Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution. • Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers. • Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists. • Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials. • Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements. • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. • Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities. • Implement new or improved supply chain processes. • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers. • Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers. • Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success. • Design or implement supply chains that support environmental policies. • Document physical supply chain processes, such as work flows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows. • Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products. • Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products. • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service. • Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow. • Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving. • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance. • Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies. • Conduct or oversee the conduct of life cycle analyses to determine the environmental impacts of products, processes, or systems. • Design, implement, or oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed. • Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory. • Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials to minimize consumption of new materials, minimize waste, or to convert wastes to by-products. • Investigate or review the carbon footprints and environmental performance records of current or potential storage and distribution service providers. • Locate or select biodegradable, non-toxic, or other environmentally friendly raw materials.

Procurement and Logistics ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:prepare and update monthly Procurement and logistics plan to management and assure deliveries to production locations and be in touch with product delivery schedules with the customers Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of finished goods and raw materials by various means of transport like rail cars and trucks and provide reports to internal and external customers as and when required. Work closely with providers to assure fine output without wasting time and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation. Assure the stock accuracy by coordinating the inventories department and goods system to system information. re-route shipment as needed to meet demands and minimize costs Verifies accuracy of physical inventory when needed. Supports the development, implementation and execution of the structured management process for supply chain critical process. Checks for inventory locations and availability for consignment or dispatch against requirements specified in purchase orders. Attend weekly Logistics Team meetings and participate in team decisions and operations. Manage all ware house Management processes. Follow raw material in ware house to make forecast about raw material quantities used. Maintain management processes between planning, ware house, purchasing, logistic and transportation.
