Supervising the performance of the new projects and branches and ensuring the progress of work in coordination with the concerned departments and considering them profit centers of the company and determine the time periods for exploiting those projects and provides all the requirements for success in those branches.
Holding regular meetings with the managers of the different departments within the company to ensure clarity
