• Job Details:Job Description: Prepare Full 3D Structure Model for Projects. Prepare Steel Shop Drawings (BBS & Cutting list). Resolve conflicts between structural and architectural drawings. Prepare quantity survey for any structural and architectural activities. Follow up subcontractor’s progress. Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices. Interact with the Material Engineer regarding the material submittal and specifications, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise. Check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to ensure the accuracy of quantities in the BOQ. Reporting to Technical Office Manager.

• Job Details:Project : (Mayan Residence in Yas island Abu Dhabi) Client : Aldar About the project: (5 Towers + 9 villas + Basement) Cost of project: 500 Million Dirhams. Job Description: - Working as Site Engineer at Mayan Residence, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi including: • All Excavation works. • Sheet Piling Retaining Wall installation. • Diaphragm wall works. • All works of (PCC + Membrane waterproofing). • Piles repairing + Pile caps Reinforcements. • All Raft slab works . • All Concreting works including tests of concrete. • Internal Finishing works (Block works , Plaster works,Tiles laying , Painting). • External Finishing works (Precast concrete panels, Painting). - Evaluate operations and processes. - Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer and Planning Engineer to ensure quality and planning control. - Prepare proposal documents and presentations.
