I have great achievements as an HR and Training manager at 3atel learning community that I have put the english language material to be taught in classes and it supports the 4 parts of English; speaking, listening, reading, and writing. It depends on practicing real life daily sitiuations. And I have actually built the place totally from A to Z since it was just an idea, supporting the curriculum, the hr strategic plan, the employees' compensation and benifits plan, preparing TNA'S, the whole recruitment process of employees, trainers, foreigner and Egyptian instructors, even supporting the English posts and description of the facebook page, and too many extra tasks related to HR and Training.
