• Job Details:* Internal Procurement and Contracting Department * Provision of exterior raw materials from many countries of the world Such as chicken (chicken breasts, shawarma and wings in all their details and thighs) from Russia, Brazil, Argentina and meat from Australia with special specifications * Managing the team in a manner commensurate with the work entrusted to it * Train the task force well to provide timely requests * Work to provide suppliers for all required ores * Effective negotiation of account opening with suppliers * Work on analyzing suppliers' performance and choosing the best to continue

• Job Details:Work to provide all the required ores of meat, chicken, vegetables, fish and other lots needed by the local market from outside the country while maintaining quality • The possibility of negotiating effectively with suppliers • Maximum benefit and financial return to the company through purchases • Build good relationships with international suppliers until the company benefits. • Attend a lot of exhibitions to provide many suppliers and alternatives to the company so that the sale does not stop due to working with one supplier. • Work to build good relationships with all departments of the company and provide their needs as the procurement department is more social management in the organizational structure of the company
