• Job Details:Speedaf Express Logistics Egypt – 速达非 (Cairo, Egypt) (AUG 2022 – PRESENT) Supervisor Trainer & Translator (SEP 2024 – PRESENT) • Training new hire supervisors, support all members of the operation department to improve staff abilities and performance. • Translate between the Chinese and the Egyptian staff, notify the Egyptian staff the new process and updates of policies. • Finding and report problems to Chinese managers, suggest solving to improve success rate and quality service. Operation Area Manager – Chinese Speaker (FEB 2024 – SEP 2024) • Managing hubs, make targets, support remotely and on spot if it needs. • Ensure hubs achieve targets, improving service quality and staff performance. • Ensure system data processing accurately and timely. • Analyzing problem of hubs to improve results. Hub Supervisor – Chinese Speaker (AUG 2022 – FEB 2024) • Daily management of hub staff, shipments, acceptance, return, inventory, quality, and loss prevention. • Training and recruitment of hub couriers. • Making plans, delegating tasks, creating reports, problem-solving and providing team member with advice and rewards.
