Recording Daily Collections (Cash, Cheques, Transfers) On Microsoft Excel. Following and Reconciling Accounts Receivable. Depositing Collected Cash and Cheques in The Bank. Process and Reconcile Regular Utility Payments (E.G., Telephone, Electricity) Based On Actual Bills Received. Maintain Organized Records of Paid Documents, Arranging Them in Chronological Order for Easy Retrieval During Tax Examinations or Financial Audits. Coordinate with The Sales Team to Collect and Record Cash Proceeds from Sales Transactions Accurately.
