• Job Details:• Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance team to ensure effective execution of QA responsibilities. • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO and regulatory standards. • Coordinated and supported external audits, including those conducted by the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA), ISO certification bodies, and third-party auditors, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations and customer-specific requirements. • Implement and oversee quality policies, procedures, and systems to meet corporate and regulatory expectations. • Manage the QA document archiving system for both internal and external documentation. • Oversee the internal audit program to assess and improve QMS effectiveness. • Monitor and follow up on water treatment station processes, including cleaning, filter changes, and water sampling. • Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines across all operational areas. • Manage the pest control program across all company sites. • Administer the external calibration program and ensure timely execution. • Supervise the batch release process and ensure timely and accurate documentation. • Coordinate the preparation of export product registration documentation. • Liaise with EDA representatives and maintain all related documentation. • Lead the implementation of the GSM system as directed by the QA Manager. • Supervise deep cleaning and fumigation programs. • Oversee external analysis testing for the company. • Develop and implement the company’s validation program. • Prepare and submit regular reports to the QA Manager. • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide QA insights and recommendations. • Communicate with external service providers (e.g., ISO certification bodies, calibration services). • Created and maintained Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the Oracle system
