Engineer - Cyber Security

• Job Details:Leading Check Point and Palo Alto firewall implementation projects, including support for enterprise-wide security architecture and design. Administer, fine-tune and troubleshoot Trellix intrusion prevention systems (IPS). Deliver configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Palo Alto firewalls, including patching, policy hardening, and rule base optimization. Provide advanced support for customer-driven infrastructure and configuration changes, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient network and security environments across diverse use cases. Engaged in research and development (R&D) activities focused on implementing new technologies and optimizing system configurations. Testing of deployment of Check Point firewalls on Azure cloud.

Associate Engineer - Cyber Security

• Job Details:Deploy and troubleshoot Check Point firewalls, leading multivendor firewall migration projects to Check Point platforms. Managing, configuring and troubleshooting firewall next-gen features like URL filtering, advanced routing, IPS, Sandblast, VPN & SSL inspection. Engaged with UAT, design, and as-is documentation. Investigated and handled security incidents, delivering in-depth root cause analysis reports to enterprise clients. Provided advanced support for high-severity incidents, collaborating with TAC for Check Point, Palo Alto firewalls and Trellix IPS systems. Applied security updates, performed vulnerability remediation and patching, and leveraged scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate operational tasks across cybersecurity tools.
