• Job Details:• Investigate and record incident and report to all sectors and top management. • Consider root cause analysis techniques 5 Whys to identify underlying factors. • Develop and create Risk assessment and review the effectiveness of existing risk controls. • Conduct job hazard analyses for all critical tasks. • Conduct regular safety inspections of all equipment and machinery and raise issue to maintenance. • Weekly walkthrough with consultant, ASE, titan, and NPPA. • Provide regular safety training and DRILL for all employees. • Conduct daily TBTs on specific safety topics relevant to current work activities
