This involved technical tasks like configuring the YOLO model, integrating cloud storage with Colab, and optimizing video processing techniques, demonstrating advanced skills in machine learning and data handling within a cloud-based environment. Facial Emotion Recognition with YOLOv8 and FER: This project uses YOLOv8 for face detection and the FER library for recognizing facial emotions in videos. It processes each frame to find faces, identify their emotions, and add labels to the video. The system includes face detection with YOLOv8, emotion recognition with FER, and video annotations with emotion labels. It also tracks emotions over time for each face to provide an average emotion.
