• Job Details:1-Provides Hygienic and technical training to employees. 2-Provides Food safety training and implementation for employees. 3-responsible for monitoring and controlling of all production processes in the slaughter house from A to Z 4-receiving of good and healthy ones of poultry and excluding the other diseased . 5-making total and partial condemnation for chickens. 6-cooperate with production manager to apply requirements of food safety and quality on all processes of production. 7-monitoring of carrying of the end products into cars. 8-Responsible for the company (sales return ) 9-monitoring of packaging materials and print the correct Date and data of products on them. 10-monitoring the temperature of the end products in coolers , freezers and storge refrigerator 11-Monitor Pest control program, operational methods, and good manufacturing practices and personnel practices and takes corrective actions in presence of deviation. 12-Verify for critical control points periodically, analyses chemical & microbiological results and takes the corrective actions in presence of deviation. 13-Receiving customer complain and make quick decisions for achieving customer satisfaction . 14-Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of pest control program. 15-Implement all the quality, food safety procedures and work instructions of all the quality control section. 16-Managing the quality of packaging products produced in the plant & following up with the suppliers on root cause and action plans. 17- Responsible for evaluating of approved suppliers. 18-Responsible for following up the calibration operations of the devices within the company 19-Analysis customer survey for developing our work in all process.
