Responsibilities include leading bridge team and road team to implement site activities according to time and cost schedule, manage technical office to follow up shop drawings, reports, bills, etc., conducting meetings with owner (the housing and development authority in central upper Egypt) to follow up construction process, negotiate with subcontractors and approve their contracts.

Responsibilities included leading my team which consists of 2 junior engineers and 2 foremen to implement site activities and supervision of the subcontractors’ teams according to time and cost scheduled, follow up field tests and prepare and approve the bill quantities for sub-contractors.
