• Job Details:Microbiological back ground. Receiving and recording the incoming raw material like primary raw material and concentrates, primary package material,secondary package material and auxiliary raw material Preparing chemical solutions . Calibration of devices, follow-up of internal and external calibration, and ensure the effectiveness of devices for measurement . Monitor performance of water treatment . Review quality requirement and update SOP's Compiles and analyzes production records Make sure that all the workers are following the hygiene rules plan to ensure that finished beverage product meets quality standards Analyze and test finished products according to approved protocols Worked for Bamage Company for potable water treatment as lab chemist from (9/2011-7/2013) Preform routine tests on raw water to adjust the levels of chlorine and Alum added for water treatment. Preparation of Alum tanks with definite concentrations according to jar test. Monitoring the treatment process. Adjust the dosing of Alum and chlorine with the flow of raw water. Adjust the dosing of initial and final chlorine for water
