• Job Details:oversee documentation and paperwork management and training, ensuring accuracy, organization, and alignment with project objectives. prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, along with initial incident reports and near-miss reports, to ensure timely tracking of safety performance and incident management. conduct on-site health, safety, and environment (hse) monitoring, including supervising daily toolbox talks (tbt) and performing routine safety inspections to maintain high safety standards. coordinate and manage work permits across the project, handling issuance, tracking, and closure to ensure compliance with safety protocols and support a smooth workflow. conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential hazards, collaborating with team members for thorough documentation and adherence to safety regulations.
