• Job Details:- Follow –up project activities and progress - review subcontractors invoices . - Managing subcontractors related works (Negotiations, work coordination, Closing.. Etc.. ). -. Coordinates work with other engineers and professionals within and outside own discipline, and with support services staff -. Writing reports. - producing contracts and estimated costs. - Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all type of activities. To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any. - Coordinate and handle all construction works with the subcontractors - Providing technical advice and solving problems on site - Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are . followed correctly - Guide foremen and technicians in effective work execution - Coordinates and monitors with subcontractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison with subcontractors. - Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all type of activities - Follow-up with General Foreman efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage, and supervise materials storage area. - Request quotations from suppliers and compare it technically. - Negotiate with accepted quotation supplier
