• Job Details:-Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. - Provide administrative support to both staff & managers. - Directly report to the Management & coordinate with all departments. - Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness requirements. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Responsible for contracting and dealing with companies for new devices and software and offering the best price & purchasing efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software. - Dealing with personnel problems in the management system and treatment and establishing the best solutions to solve problems. - Assist in System Application installation, according to Accor standards & Policies. - Monitoring and verification of service processes in the Network. - Responsible for Infrastructure security, including Servers, Switches, Routers & Software Applications. - Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance. - Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs. - Designing, Installing and Implementing MS Dynamics AX (GL, AR, AP, Bank, CRM, Service, Project, Trade and logistic ,Master Planning, Service, Inventory Management) - Designing, Installing and Implementing open source ERP . - Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. - Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Implement D365 across multiple locations. • Liaise with business stakeholders including managing director level. • Identify and document key requirements and design new solutions or customizations. • Perform analysis, system design, setup, data conversion, user acceptance testing and key user training. • Troubleshoot, provide support to end users in the application for core Dynamics modules (Finance, GL, AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Budget Control, Procurement work flow) • Work with different groups in the project - specialist users/end users, business analysts, regional and central management and developers. • Deputies in team leadership where required.
