• Job Details:• Acted as a liaison between business users or customers and IT development team. • Take the lead role in Assisting with the business case, Planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements, Requirements organization, Translating and simplifying requirements, • Requirements management and communication, Requirement’s analysis, solution evaluation and testing management process. • Document any identified required changes and communicate them to the relevant third colleagues as change management. • Create business requirements specification (BRS) for every new application and golden point document for assessment market products. • Work in web software development projects with variety of team members that included software developers, project managers, quality control engineer, business system analyst and Gather requirements for these projects. • Analyzed customer business process and recommended changes, optimal solutions, and improvements. • Analyzed and created client surveys, interview information, user experience feedback and user business needs. • Creating documents like project plans, business cases, solution scope and (SRS). 3 • Implementation of new designs within the Business Operating Model including data dictionaries, user guides and user stories. • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements. • Test business applications from a business perspective to ensure that all client requirements are incorporated into the design plus writing test cases and bugs as a manual testing. • Design wireframes, storyboard and power point or video presentations for the project. • Create User Manual for the end user and develop training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned systems module. • Plan, manage and track requirements on (TFS) tools and monitor all backlogs and tasks as a work items management on VSTS. • Organize scrum meetings with stakeholders “sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review and retrospective” as a product owner and scrum master role. • Providing training sessions at business analysis knowledge and agile methodology practices.
