Collars is hiring VMware Technical Support Associate for one of the top 10 Digital Transformational Companies
- Analyzing and evaluating devices to ensure devices are configured to operate at optimal performance
- Documenting the procedure performed to configure and troubleshoot for further references
- Effective engagement with customers (written & verbal) while ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Support VMware products deployed in customer networkssuch as ESXi, vSpere, vCenter, NSX, NSX for vSphere, HorizonDaaS, Workspace One,
- Workspace One UEM Console
- Troubleshooting
- Configuration
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 year to 2 years
- Certifications: VCA/VCTA - VMware Certified Technical Associate
- Excellent English communication (especially Verbal) skills
