Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems and components for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems into overall project plans.
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Conduct site inspections and audits to identify and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-completion phases.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of electrical materials and equipment.
Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material samples related to electrical works.
Implement energy-efficient solutions and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards in all electrical engineering activities.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical design software.
Experience with site supervision, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and sustainable design practices is a plus.
