  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for achieving annual sales targets of EGP 10 million. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of Electronic Security Systems, a strong customer network, and proven experience in managing large-scale solution sales within Egypt’s commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed the annual target of EGP 10 million.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned verticals and regions.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business through excellent account management.
  • Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for penetration into new industry verticals and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Manage tendering processes including RFP/RFQ submissions, BOQ preparations, and compliance documentation.
  • Work closely with project, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of awarded projects.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to management.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).
  • Minimum 10 years in Sales / Business Development within the Electronic Security Systems industry.
  • In-depth understanding of Egypt’s security systems market, including government, oil & gas, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets above EGP 8–10 million.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, and key accounts in Egypt.
  • Experience working with brands such as Lenel, Honeywell, Bosch, Axis, Hanwha, Genetec, Milestone, and Avigilon.
  • Knowledge of project-based sales and tendering process in Egypt.
  • Self-driven with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
