Job Description
- Examine dated documents demanding deputies and printing from Ecuador. For example, purchase requisitions, supply orders, receipt vouchers, quotations, etc...
- Verify the purpose of the exchange is correct and necessary for the relevant operations and sectors.
- Examine the accuracy and completeness of the accounts of exchange requests in terms of the recorded amounts and the supporting documents.
- Verify compliance with the regulations, laws, policies and procedures related to the transaction being reviewed.
- Verify the disbursement is based on the appropriate appropriations in line with the approved powers of the group.
- Ensure that the accounting guidance for the various transactions is in line with the correct tax practices.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in financial accounting.
- Ability to examine documents supporting accounting transactions, especially exchange requests.
- Experience and familiarity with the basic processes used in purchasing, receiving and exchanging.
- Experience in categorizing and directing accounting entries and basics of accounting.
- The ability to examine contracts supporting exchange requests and to ascertain the extent to which compliance with contractual terms is applied.
- Familiarity with the Egyptian tax law and the accounting registration of various tax transactions related to expenses in a general way.
