Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quarry operations across multiple sites in Minya & Alexandria , ensuring adherence to production targets and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations in accordance with Egyptian mining laws (e.g., Mineral Resources Law No. 198/2014 and its executive regulations).
- Carry out Geological surveys , Mapping and raw materials Exploration work
- Collect samples. analyze results on daily basis to ensure proper quarry development according to mining plan
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national regulations, including those specific to quarrying in Egypt.
- Prepare regular reports on production, safety, and operational performance for senior management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Proven experience ( 3-5 years) in quarry operations management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of quarrying techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian mining laws and regulations, particularly Mineral Resources Law No. 198/2014.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in challenging environments,
- Regular travel between sites will be required
