Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for Logistics operations activities for Orthopedics Business Unit
Responsibilities
- Manage, following up the shipping &clearance procedures
- Managing min max PRs, POs
- Releasing manual orders in SAP after authorized approvals
- Manage all logistics, clearance &warehouses transactions
- Liaising with RA &finance to follow up all issues related to MOH approval, laser approval .
- Liaising with customer service regarding pending PR, open & old sales orders
- Manage &follow up all types of insurance .
- Manage the loan movement between branches
- following up the new procedures for warehouses, logistics to facilitate workflow
- Couching &training employees on the new procedures
- Regular Evaluation for the service providers (forwarders, domestics trucking companies, insurance companies, 3rd party warehouses,…)
- Supporting sales dept., with all types of purchase reports
- Setting up the annual inventory count plan and follow up the execution with the warehouse’s supervisor
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Masters degree in Supply chain/ Logistics or related.
- Minimum of Ten-year experience in the field of Logistics / Warehouse/ Supply chain department.
