- About the Role:
We are looking for talented and motivated E-Commerce Sales Specialists to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our online sales channels on Amazon and Noon, ensuring product listings are accurate, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and customers receive excellent service. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about online retail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company accounts on Amazon and Noon platforms
- Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions and pricing
- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overselling
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize online sales
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in E-Commerce (Amazon or Noon preferred)
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with online platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central or Noon is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of online sales and marketplace management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor and report on sales performance
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to work from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday off + Official Holidays
