Guest Relations:
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about golf services, course conditions, and facility amenities.
- Assist with inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Reservation Management:
- Manage tee-time reservations and ensure an organized schedule.
- Coordinate with the golf course staff to optimize course utilization and maintain efficient play.
- Handle phone and online reservations promptly and accurately.
Cash Handling:
- Process payments for green fees, rentals, and other golf-related services.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling, record-keeping, and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Customer Assistance:
- Provide assistance to golfers with equipment rentals, cart assignments, and other service requests.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Communication:
- Relay important information to golfers, such as course rules, safety guidelines, and special events.
- Communicate effectively with the golf course staff to ensure seamless operations.
Pro Shop Support:
- Assist with pro shop sales, including merchandise transactions and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and pro shop area.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- From 0 to 3 Years of Experience

- Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software
